Please take a photo of the product and send it with the city, address, and order number specified so that it can be replaced with another product in the case the product is damaged or defective, or if it has not been used in accordance with the agreement.

A full refund will be provided to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the product presented on our website.

We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations of using the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
